While Thailand is opening its borders for international travelers, certain Policies and Procedures will need to be followed when entering the country, before and during your stay there. Please note:
Starting January 26, 2021, the U.S. Government will require all travelers coming from international countries - including U.S. citizens - to present negative test results within 3 days of departure aboard a flight. Antibody tests and vaccines are not accepted.

Vaccinated travelers: As of November 1st Thailand will be open to fully vaccinated tourists from approved countries with no required quarantine. A PCR test 72 hours before and a test on arrival with a one-night stay in a SHA+ hotel will be required, once they have been cleared negative, they will be able to freely move around Thailand with little restriction.

Travelers from unapproved countries, providing they are fully vaccinated, will be required to do a 7-day sandbox in one of 17 approved blue zone destinations and upon completing a final negative test will then be able to freely travel around Thailand.

Approved countries/territories. Currently, Thailand has approved quarantine-free entry for arrivals from Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA, and Hong Kong. *Must have been in the approved countries/territories for 21 days or more.

Un-vaccinated travelers: Will be required to stay in an alternative quarantine hotel for 10 days, and upon a final negative test will be able to leave and continue traveling around the country.

All travelers must present a COVID-19 RT-PCR Negative (Swab) Test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions have changed to include information regarding what happens if you are required to quarantine on your yacht due to a positive COVID-19 PCR test result. Please review and sign online.

Travel Insurance 

Contact a Vacation Planner to purchase travel insurance coverage through Charter Travel Insurance.

Guest List

In preparation for your arrival, we ask that you fill out the Guest List with a list of all of the passengers on your yacht including yourself. Please submit this form at least 30 days prior to departure.

MANAGE MY BOOKING

Pre-Provisioning

Order your food and beverages in advance with our convenient online provisioning store and have your provisions delivered directly to your yacht. Please order at least 7 days prior to your charter. The marina will not be able to accommodate orders placed on the day you arrive.

Book Transfers

Contact a Vacation Planner to make transfer or flight arrangements to and from Phuket Airport (usually via Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport).

Watch Charter Briefings

We require all guests to watch a charter safety video. The captain and first mate must become familiar with the sailing area by watching a chart briefing. Please watch these briefing videos in the comfort of your own home or office before you are scheduled to depart.

When You Arrive

COVID-19 Testing

The closest COVID-19 PCR testing facility to the Phuket Base is the Bangkok Hospital Siriroj in Phuket Town. It is located about 40 minutes by taxi. Walk-in patients are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.The cost for testing is 5,900THB, which costs approximately $185 USD. Test results will be available 24 hours after testing. Test results can be sent to patients via email if required.

During Your Charter

Public Spaces

Guests must wear a face mask in all public spaces and must always keep a safe distance of 6 ft.
